Ordering
Orders are accepted through our secure website or by phone. Because our items are handmade, delivery can take up to 6 weeks to receive. Orders will be shipped USPS or Fedex ground. An e-mail address and phone number must be provided to complete an order.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard or check by mail once the funds have cleared.
Returns and Exchanges
We enjoy the opportunity to introduce you to the Lisa Toland Collection and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds and exchanges will be granted for items returned, up to 30 days after receipt, in original condition accompanied by a receipt or packing slip.
